Viewing sent and received messages

Use this procedure to view the messages you have sent and received from the bank.

The internet banking application Inbox, displays the messages you have sent and the messages you have received from the bank.  The responses to your queries will appear in the Inbox only if you have selected the Inbox option as the response method.

You can also select a message that you have sent and forward it to the bank with further information or queries.

 

To view the received messages

1.    On the User Messages menu, click Mail Box.

2.    On the Inbox page, do the following as applicable.

§ To forward a message you have sent,

a.    Click Reply.

b.    Enter your message and click Send.
