The Bill Payment -Ad-hoc page is used to pay utility bills to a merchant that is not registered to your user account. That is for bill payments that do not occur on a regular basis; however you also have the option of registering the merchant once you have entered the required details.

The funds are transferred on a specified date. When you select this option, the following field appears. Effective Date - The date on which the transfer should take place. |

The one-time password generated by the security token given by the bank. |
