Reporting a lost or stolen card

Use this procedure to inform the bank if your credit card has been stolen or misplaced. Upon receiving your request, your card will be blocked promptly to prevent further transactions on it.

 

To report a lost/stolen card

1.    On the Credit Card Services menu, click Lost/Stolen Card.

2.    On the Lost Stolen Cards page, select the applicable card number, and specify whether it was lost or stolen.

3.    Click Submit.
