When you need to recover your password, you are prompted to answer some security questions as a method of verification.
Use this procedure to change the answers to the security questions.
The next time you require to recover your password, you must enter the answers as updated on this page.
To change your security questions
1. On the navigation pane, click Settings and then click Change Security Questions.
2. Select the questions and enter your answers as applicable.
3. Click Update.
