Viewing the account history

Use this procedure to view the transaction history for a selected account.

To view the transaction history, you must select the account and specify the date or period during which the transaction took place. You can also download the account history as a PDF or CSV file.

The number of days of the account history can be customized.

 

To view the account history

1.    On the Accounts menu, click Account History.

2.    On the Account History page, select the applicable account, and click the date fields to specify the required period. You can also click Show Advanced Filtering for more search criteria options.

 

3.    Click the Search button   
The transaction history for the selected account appears.

4.    Optional: To download the account history, click the Download button, and then click PDF or CSV.
The file is downloaded to your computer.
